Leanne has been practising yoga in many forms for over 30 years and she started teaching 3 years ago. With her first experiences teaching she had some students who had trouble getting up and down on the mat. This led her to Chair Yoga. Leanne wanted to make Yoga more accessible for all her students. Currently teach Chair as well as Chair/mat combo classes. Beginning with a cautious curiosity her students have realised that you can still enjoy all the benefits of yoga without having to get on the mat. It’s great to see the smiles on their faces. They in turn, have taught her so much.
