Laura McGann

Namaste! On a search for herself Laura found yoga and through yoga she found herself! Over the span of 10 years, she has traversed the globe, immersing herself in various yoga traditions and teachings. Her time in the South of India allowed her to deepen her understanding of Yin, Ashtanga, and Hatha Yoga. Laura incorporates a holistic approach to her own yoga practise and this is reflected in her classes. By integrating practices such as Reiki and Kinesiology, she guides her students to tap into their innate healing potential by deepening their connection to the physical and energetic body. Through her heart-centered teaching, she illuminates the path to self-acceptance, self-love, and inner peace, guiding each student back to the essence of their true selves.
