My name is Olivia.

After many years working in personal care for the aged and people living with a disability, a road accident forced me to leave my profession.

Determined to continue serving vulnerable community members, I discovered Sound Therapy during my own recovery. This inspired me to further my education, earning a Diploma in Sound Therapy in addition to my qualifications in Community Services, Aged Care, Disability, and Mental Health Services.

Now, I offer Sound Therapy to a diverse range of clients, many of whom are battling anxieties similar to those I experienced during my recovery. This experience led me to develop the “ARCH Living with Anxiety” program, which provides participants with effective tools for managing anxiety. These tools, combined with Sound Therapy, can be used daily or as needed.

My mission is to promote the therapeutic benefits of sound as a complementary therapy, helping individuals achieve joyful wellness.
