Whitney Cummins

Whitney’s yogic journey is an international one and became crucial as she was living abroad and teaching English in various countries all over the world.  Through some of the foreign chaos, she was drawn to the centering qualities through yoga.  Her teaching style emits what she knows: connecting with the breath can bring us back to our innate state.  She has studied over 2,500 hours of accredited trainings in a plethora of yogic styles, from Tantric Hatha to Yoga Nidra, coloring her offerings with a wide range of knowledge.  Whitney has studied with schools in India, Indonesia and Australia; she is a 500 RYT and is registered with Meditation Australia.  You’ll find her voice soothing, her movement guidance inviting and intentional, and her devotion to the breath all-encompassing.
