Randeep Kaur

Randeep Kaur is a Melbourne-based, internationally certified yoga instructor with a 200-hour multi-style accreditation from Yoga Alliance International. With expertise in Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, Aerial, and Acro Yoga, her teaching blends strength, mobility, flexibility, and mindfulness, creating a holistic practice that nurtures both body and mind.

Currently leading sessions across top fitness centers like Fitness First, Goodlife Health Club, Hot Spot Yoga, and Thomastown Recreation & Leisure Centre, Randeep offers a range of classes from dynamic strength-based flows to grounding, restorative sessions. Her approach focuses on intentional movement, breath awareness, and mindful alignment, supporting students of all levels in their individual journeys.

Randeep fosters an inclusive space where students can move with purpose, find balance, and explore deeper self-connection. Whether through energizing slow flows or calming Yin Yoga, breathwork and meditation, her classes invite participants to slow down, tune in, and grow — both on and off the mat.
