Randeep Kaur

Randeep Kaur views yoga as a rigorous internal science—one that has served as a steady anchor through many seasons of challenge in her life. Rooted in Indian heritage and shaped through RYT 200 training in India, her journey has cultivated a deep understanding of the human system and a commitment to passing on the mechanics of yoga as they were traditionally transmitted to her.

In her sessions, Randeep embodies these traditional roots through the practice of Hatha yoga. This approach focuses on balancing solar and lunar energies to steady the body and prepare the system for profound stillness. Rather than treating yoga as a fitness routine, breathwork and meditation are integrated as core pillars to regulate life force and release deep-seated tension that can hold one back. By weaving in the principle of Tapas, or disciplined effort, her intention is to create space—allowing the noise of the mind and body to fall away and supporting alignment with higher purpose and consciousness.
