Nik Hills

Nik Hills is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga for over 25 years.

After attending a month-long intensive in India, she was drawn to Iyengar yoga and the focus on precision in action and alignment as a way to delve much deeper into the practice  She has worked with members of the Iyengar family, and continues to attend workshops with many senior yoga teachers from around the world to deepen her own quest. Yoga has become her way of life, teaching is her passion. The greatest lesson she shares is learning to move with inner awareness. She has two beautiful daughters and loves sharing the experience of yoga with them as well as working closely with women. She holds regular women’s intensives and teaches on the Mornington Peninsula, runs online classes and holds women’s workshops throughout Melbourne.
