Julia began her journey over 20 years ago, initially exploring wellness as a way to support her overall health and wellbeing. Over time, she discovered yoga as a powerful way to calm her overthinking mind, come back to herself, and deepen her understanding of her own body and inner world. A long-time student of yoga, she trained to become a teacher in 2019, bringing her personal experience and insights into every class she shares.
For Julia, yoga is not only about movement, but about reconnecting with the body and breath as a pathway to presence and deeper awareness. She has trained in styles ranging from vinyasa, hatha to restorative and yin yoga, allowing her to meet students exactly where they are—whether they’re seeking strength and balance, or rest and deep release. Her classes offer a blend of breathwork and meditation, creating nurturing spaces for deep rest, healing, and connection.
Julia’s teaching is guided by the belief that yoga is a journey of self-discovery—one that supports both body and mind by easing stress and creating space for inner balance and wellbeing.
