Jem is a qualified Level 2 Yoga Facilitator, Community Mental Health Practitioner, proud Mum to her cheeky two-year-old (and little brother on his way!!) and the heart behind Namah-Stay, a retreat and wellness space in Wonthaggi.
With nearly two decades of experience in mental health, Jem understands the power of safe spaces, meaningful connection and community support. She created Namah-Stay as a place where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and others in a peaceful, natural setting. Namah-Stay is home to weekly yoga, retreats and workshops, and welcomes like-hearted facilitators who wish to share their magic, collaborate and bring their own offerings to life in a nurturing space.
Jem’s approach is gentle, inclusive and deeply supportive. Her workshops weave together movement, reflection and authentic human connection, grounded in the belief that we don’t need to have everything figured out, we simply need a supportive space to begin.
