Felicity found yoga and meditation 20 years ago while in the midst of coping with a significant loss and subsequent grief. “This wonderous practise has been my saving grace in so many ways. It is my life. I have suffered with persistant anxiety and heightened stress responses since my teens and my yoga and meditation practise has become the key to managing my mental and physical wellbeing”
As a tertiary student, she found solace in the practice and consistency of Ashtanga Yoga and this began the process of cementing yoga into her life.  Many years later, Felicity completed her 350hr YTT with the Australian Yoga Academy in Melbourne in 2016 and has been sharing yoga within her local Inverloch community with regular classes since. Her students often share how held and nourished they feel with the space and energy Felicity creates during her classes.  Meditation, pranayama, asana, philosophy, contemplation and intention are threaded through her vinyasa style classes and, as with all life, she delights in how her practise, self-understanding and teaching has evolved over the years.
Felicity is currently taking time off from her regular teaching schedule to focus on being a student of yoga again.  Recently completing a 50hr Kundalini Yoga program, focused on strengthening her own pranayama practise, and about to embark on the further study (Adv Cert Meditation Teacher Training) she is thrilled to be sharing from her present moment practise with you as part of this Yoga Festival offering!
