Emily Gloyns

Over the past two decades, I’ve walked through many seasons of challenge where I have turned to different therapies for support such as: psychiatry and medication, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and somatic practices. Each experience has shaped my understanding of mental wellbeing and deepened my compassion for others on similar paths.

As a qualified meditation teacher, mindfulness and meditation have been a steady anchor in my own healing, offering clarity, calm, and connection when I needed it most. It’s this lived experience that inspires me to share these practices with others.

I honour that everyone’s journey is different. That’s why I offer a broad range of tools and techniques, meeting people where they are, and supporting them to reconnect with themselves in a way that feels safe, empowering, and real.
