Angela Knight is the founder of Calm Buddhi and Buddhi Sangha, a Level 3 Senior Yoga Teacher, guide, and lifelong student. Her path into yoga emerged through lived experience, navigating serious illness, recovery, and deep study in India, where the practice became both an anchor and a teacher. With over 1,000 hours of training and teaching across Australia, India, and the U.S., Angela draws on asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation, and Yoga Nidra to offer grounded, embodied practices.
Her teaching is holistic and balanced, weaving the depth of the yogic tradition into practices suited to modern life.
