Adele has practiced yoga for 12 years, finding peace and strength through the practice. After being encouraged to teach, she deepened her knowledge of asanas, history, scriptures, and anatomy. Specialising in Power Flow, Ashtanga, and Rocket Yoga, Adele’s classes focus on building strength and creative sequencing. She also teaches kids yoga, using stories and games to make the practice fun and beneficial for children. Adele believes yoga is a powerful tool for all ages, promoting a balanced and content life.
