Danielle & Yvette

Danielle is a psychologist and yoga teacher passionate about blending the science of the mind with the wisdom of the body. Drawing on her work with individuals with ADHD, she offers yoga as a valuable and empowering practice to support focus, regulation, and self-understanding. In her sessions, participants learn strategies to channel restless energy into mindful movement, cultivate presence, and reconnect with their innate capacity for calm and clarity. Her approach integrates psychological insight with accessible yoga practices, helping people experience yoga not as another task to master, but as a space for freedom, grounding, and growth. Danielle thoroughly enjoys connecting and offering yoga to people of all abilities and sharing the numerous benefits of its practice.
Yvette is a yoga teacher at The Sage Circle, with over 30 years of experience with personal practice. She trained at the Byron Yoga Centre — where she met Danielle  — which is known for its holistic approach, integrating movement, breathwork, the study of anatomy, and philosophy.  Diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, Yvette has seen firsthand how yoga can help a neurodivergent brain find calmness and stillness. That experience is at the heart of why she’s passionate about making yoga genuinely accessible to everyone. Her teaching style is thoughtful and inclusive, and she’s proud to have helped students of all ages and abilities find their way onto the mat: including her students, 50+ friends navigating life challenges, and over-90-year-old parents.
