Lea is certified Yoga instructor. Since 2018 Lea conducts workshops and classes at age care and people with disabilities facilities, yoga studios, universities, colleges, workplaces, wellness retreats and festivals. Lea has the extensive knowledge about self-healing using breathing and gentle body movements.
In the workshops Lea facilitates the following practices are used: simple preventative and restorative body movements, elements of Tai Chi, Qigong, Yin yoga, Laughter yoga, dancing, lymphatic body and face massage, vocal exercises, active and sensory meditations.
