Lea has been practising yoga for 35 years, and teaching for over 10, after completing a 2 year in-depth Satyananda course (similar to Hatha), in Victoria.      

This course included the original teachings of yoga nidra – a beautiful relaxation practice. 

Lea appreciates how her past career as a Registered Nurse added not only another layer to her understanding of, and teaching of, yoga but also in experiencing the profound joy there is in the nurturing, peace, and calm that yoga can bring to peoples lives.
